Xero File Setup - For new business
Have you just started a new business? Still using Excel to keep track of your financial data? Or nothing at all?
Think it might be time to get it online and start a new Xero file?
Bayshore Bookkeeping can help by setting up your new Xero file. We will start a new file from the start of a new quarter. (Ideally the start of the financial year.)
This service includes everything you need to get started in Xero :
Setup of organisation details
Setup bank feeds (or assistance with)
Setup bank rules for common/reoccurring transactions
Setup and integrate Payments services (Paypal/Stripe/Square)
Setup Invoice template
Customise Chart of accounts (COA)
Importing of bank csv file to start of quarter if needed to bring bankfeed up to date
Setup and integrate included Hubdoc account
Entering opening/conversion balances if required
Please note - This does not include Payroll Setup or any processing of transactions. Although we can help with these, but just need to bill separately.
After checkout you will be asked a few questions and a follow up email will be sent with further information we need so we can begin work ASAP.
